we started our adventures by taking a trip from Harvey Bay going Whale watching.As the wether was wet and windy we were told the whales " liked " the cool weather so off we went.. Although we were wet and cold we did encounter a "Pod: of three whales, They hung around for a while but did not perform, so we were left with pictures of tails and bodies ,, they are non the less magnificent creatures and were a joy to encounter !!

On the way home, some four hours later - and joy of joys ...Alistair not being sea sick we headed home . Encountering this amazing sunset !!
